Empowering Caregivers for Early Childhood Development Awareness Session for Anganwadi Teachers

An awareness session on “The Role of Caregivers in Managing Developmental Challenges in Early Childhood” was conducted at Madappally Panchayat for 90 Anganwadi teachers in the presence of ICDS Supervisor Mrs. Sunitha. The program began with an introduction by Sr. Lissa, Administrator of STH – JIMPIRE Child Development Centre, who briefly explained the services offered at the centre. The session was led by Ms. Mahima, Social Work Trainee at JIMPIRE, who highlighted the importance of early identification, caregiver support, and timely intervention in addressing developmental challenges. The session was highly interactive, with active participation and engaging discussions among the teachers.
