Dr. George Padanilam Honored at National Mental Health Conclave 2025 in Memory of Rev. Dr. Antony Mannarkulam.

Dr. George Padanilam, a visionary leader and humanitarian, is honored with an award instituted in memory of Late M. J. Aprem Melettukochiyil’s parents by the Association of Catholic Mental Health Ministers – India (CMHM), in collaboration with the Sanjivani-Mother Teresa Home Group of Rehabilitation Centres. Presented at the National Mental Health Conclave 2025 on 10th October 2025, this prestigious recognition celebrates Dr. Padanilam’s lifelong commitment to mental health and special-needs care. Through the founding of numerous institutions and initiatives, he has championed compassion, inclusion, and dignity for the most vulnerable, inspiring a more empathetic and humane approach to mental health in India.
