These include conditions such as Cerebral palsy, Developmental delay, Downs syndrome, Spinal muscular atrophy, Acquired brain injury, Developmental coordination disorder, Muscular dystrophy or other neuro muscular challenges, other chromosomal/genetic disorders etc.

HOW CAN WE HELP?

At JIMPIRE, an initial assessment of your child will be be conducted by our experienced pediatric physiotherapist which will include areas of gross motor development, movement, strength, balance and coordination.

Based on the assessment, an individualized structured therapy program will be developed and administered for the child. The parents are taught home programmes to be followed to maximize the results of improvements obtained.

Physical therapy includes a variety of hands on techniques, exercises and interventions aimed to improve gross motor skills, posture and functional mobililty, patterns of movement, balance, coordination, muscle strength  muscle tone and range of motion.

We strive to enhance the abilities and well-being of each child to enable them to move and participate in everyday activities, like playing, learning, going to school, and being part of a family and community.
